Ventilation Modes
CMV — Volume Controlled Ventilation
PCV — pressure controlled ventilation
SIMV-v — PS — Synchronized assisted ventilation, controlled by both volume and pressure with pressure support
PS/CPAP/nCPAP — ventilation designed to support inspiration with pressure
2-level (APRV / BIPAP) — ventilation at two pressure levels with pressure support at both pressure levels at a lower level
PMLV — programmed multilevel (minimum 3 levels) ventilation of the lungs, used in apneic patients and in patients with lung damage
HF-PMLV programmed multilevel lung ventilation with high-frequency modulation up to 180 breaths per minute
MVs – auto-adaptive regulation system based on maintaining the set minute ventilation
CFS — continuous flow ventilation support
SIGH — take a deep breath after a configurable amount of time
Oscillatory support mode with a respiratory rate of 500 to 1000 respiratory cycles per minute at the level of PEEP1
Monitored Parameters
Complete monitoring of the patient’s respiratory activity (rate, inspiratory and expiratory volume, inspiratory and expiratory time, % of inspiratory time of expiratory time (Ti:Te), peak alveolar pressure, end alveolar pressure, minute ventilation, inspiratory PEEP, static and dynamic compliance lungs, airway resistance, inspiratory and expiratory system resistance, maximum and minimum pressure in the circuit, minimum peak alveolar pressure in the cycle)
Graphic monitoring
Simultaneous display on the screen:
3 graphs: pressure/time, flow/time, tidal volume/time)
2 dynamic loops: tidal volume/pressure, flow/tidal volume
graph of peak inspiratory pressure and peak alveolar pressure over time
capnographic curve
