LITHOTRIPTOR DORNIER MEDTECH DELTA II UIMS

1. The advanced design of the Compact Delta II combines Dornier's proven Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) technology with state-of-the-art imaging and information management capabilities to create an optimal lithotripsy system and a wide range of applications.
2. Fully integrated shock wave source and C-arm make adjustment fast and reliable while avoiding misadjustment. This design, together with the isocentric movement of the therapy head and imaging systems, guarantees precise positioning of lithotripsy stones.
3. The Compact Delta II utilizes Dornier's proven Artificial Shock Wave Generator (EMSE) technology for sustainable and consistent power generation. Flexible imaging options are available with X-ray or isocentric ultrasound. By rotating the fully digital motorized C-arm by +/- 30 degrees, stones can be visualized from various positions.
4. Ultrasound guidance uses a patented localization arm that allows lithotripsy to be performed even in difficult imaging conditions.
5. All Dornier High-End Lithotripters and Urology Tables feature UIMS, the next generation of digital imaging, data management and equipment interoperability platform.
6. Unique motorized therapy head
The unique motorized therapy head emits shock waves from multiple directions, allowing all types of treatments to be performed on patients comfortably lying on their backs.
Motorized movement in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
Application in the position above the table and under the table.
Shock waves are emitted from different directions.
7. Isocentric design
The isocentric design allows both the shock wave system and the imaging system to rotate around the focal point. This ensures that the guidance system and shock wave focus are fine-tuned throughout the procedure.
Both the shock wave system and the imaging system rotate around the focal point.
Fine tuning of the guidance system and focus of shock waves.
The scan plane constantly passes through the focal point as the scan angles change.
Easier guidance in difficult conditions.
8. Tri-mode imaging
The Compact Delta II offers flexible imaging options that can be used independently or in combination.
Single mode imaging using X-ray or isocentric ultrasound.
Dual mode using two image acquisition options.
Dornier's unique built-in imaging mode that combines all three imaging technologies for optimal imaging.
9. Full scale digital workstation
UIMS is an excellent urology base system that is PACS ready and can be integrated into any hospital network. The system provides comprehensive DICOM functionality and supports multi-mode imaging.
The graphical user interface provides direct interaction with all functions, including image and data management. The panel is easy to use, requires minimal training and is designed for streaming workflow automation.
Patient data can be entered and retrieved quickly at any time using simple search functions. Predefined protocols make setup quick, easy and error-free.
DICOM features include printing, storage, requesting/retrieving information, and managing worksheets.
Multi-mode imaging support including CT, MR and ultrasound.
Image processing for better visualization during procedures.
Images are displayed on LCD flat panel monitors.
10. Flexibility of application
The versatile modular design makes the Compact Delta II the optimal solution for all areas of urological diagnosis and therapy, including lithotripsy, endourology, subcutaneous procedures and diagnostic x-rays.
Structurally, the abduction of the therapeutic head from the C-shaped arch makes it possible to freely carry out any endourological and percutaneous manipulations with maximum convenience for patients and medical personnel.
The flexibility of the fully motorized Relax+ patient table and the wide range of accessories make it an excellent multifunctional system.
11. Relax+ patient table
X-ray table holds up to 180 kg (396 lbs);
A large range of movements provides viewing of all parts of the urinary tract without the need to move the patient;
Replaceable radiolucent middle section;
Flexibility: the table can be set in various X, Y, Z positions, as well as in the Trendelenburg position with the possibility of isocentric and non-isocentric rotation.
12. Ergonomic design
The Plug & Play design of the Compact Delta II allows it to be quickly changed from transport to working position without the risk of misalignment between the C-arm and the therapy head.
Setup is quick and easy.
C-arm and therapy head fold for easy transport.
The improved design of the UIMS trolley allows the monitors to be folded for transport.

DORNIER MEDTECH COMPACT SIGMA MODULAR LITHOTRIPTOR

1. The Compact Sigma is a modular lithotripter that combines Dornier's proven Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) technology with a multifunctional patient table and C-arm X-ray unit to provide all the options for lithotripsy and endourological procedures. When combined with other elements such as ultrasound, laser, optical instruments, etc. Compact Sigma becomes a full blown workstation. Using Dornier's proven Artificial Electromagnetic Wave (EMSE) technology, the Compact Sigma ensures a stable and constant power transmission. With its large penetration depth and wide dynamic range, EMSE technology is ideal for a wide range of applications.
2. C-arm contact with Compact Sigma is achieved through mechanical linkage and laser guidance. This guarantees the exact positioning of the stone directly in the focal area of the therapy head.
3. Flexible imaging options available with X-ray or isocentric ultrasound. The C-arm rotates to visualize stones from various positions. The optional isocentric ultrasound system uses a patented localization arm to facilitate and simplify ultrasound localization.
4. Flexible therapy head
The flexible therapy head emits shock waves from multiple directions, allowing all procedures to be performed with patients comfortably supine, a unique feature of Dornier's Compact lithotripter line.
Provides application both in the position above the table and from the position under the table.
All patients can be treated in the supine position.
Shock waves are emitted from different directions.
5. Isocentric design
This isocentric design allows both the shock wave system and the imaging system to rotate around the same point. This ensures that the aiming system and shock wave focus are fine-tuned at all times.
